A Moore County youngster will enjoy a bit of fame Sunday when his song is used on "America's Funniest Home Videos."

Greene Murphy, son of Paul and Sharon Murphy, of Pinebluff, is a seventh-grade student at Southern Middle School. His son, "I'm Going to Make You Mine," will be used in video montage during the Sunday, March 24, episode, which airs at 7 p.m. on ABC.

"They heard the song and contacted us to ask for permission to use the it," says Greene's father, Paul. "Then they requested a video version of the song. Greene and his brothers walked around Aberdeen Lake and some local places to do the video. After seeing it, they decided to integrate videos relating to the topic together."
