The Moore County Sheriff’s Office provided the following information.

Reports

March 7: Female, 38, reported the theft of three televisions from a home on McCaskill Road, Carthage; Female, 71, reported someone damaged a vehicle parked at a home on U.S. 1 South, Aberdeen; Female, 25, reported the theft of prescription medicine from a home on Campbell Trail, Vass.

March 8: Male, 87, reported the theft of checks from a home on East Indiana Avenue, Southern Pines.

March 9: Female, 36, reported someone sold a stolen car for scrap metal after taking the vehicle from a home on Dawkins Street, Pinehurst.

March 10: Female, 81, reported the theft of prescription medication after a break-in of a home on Spring Lake Road, Pinebluff; Male, 54, reported damage to a vehicle parked at a home on Lakey Siding Road, Robbins; Sheriff’s deputy reported the forced entry of a locked door of a home on Kelly Road, Carthage; An employee of Hyland Golf Club, 115 Fairway Avenue, Southern Pines, reported someone drove on the 17th green and spun the tires.

March 11: Officers from the Whispering Pines Police Department reported a fraud that occurred at an Eastwood convenience store involving the use of a credit card reported stolen at the Food Lion on N.C. 22 in Whispering Pines; Female, 34, reported damage to the inside of a home after an individual entered a home on N.C. 73 without permission; Male, 47, reported the theft of a licence plate taken from a vehicle parked on N.C. 211 in Eagle Springs.

March 12: Male, 73, reported the theft of checks from a home on McCaskill Road, Carthage.

March 13: Male, 51, reported theft of a center link from a tractor parked at a storage building on Byrd Road.
