The following criminal judgments have been rendered in Moore County Superior Court.
Feb. 25, 2013
Loren G. Adams, felony probation violation, continue on probation, serve 14 days in jail, modify to pay $150 in outstanding monies owed, if at anytime during the 14 days the $150 is paid then release from jail and transfer to unsupervised probation.
Christopher J. Allen, four counts felony probation violation, continue on probation, 60 days in prison for each count to run at the expiration of each, pay attorney fees, $60 appointed counsel fee and report to probation within 72 hours of release; felony probation violation, continue on probation and serve 120 days in prison to run at the expiration of previous sentence.
William Berry Jr., misdemeanor simple possess schedule III controlled substances and misdemeanor simple possess schedule IV controlled substances, voluntary dismissal.

Black, two consolidated counts misdemeanor possess stolen goods, 120 days in prison, credit 127 days served, work release allowed, comply with DART and psychiatric treatment, pay attorney fees, $60 appointed counsel fee and court costs; three consolidated counts misdemeanor possess stolen goods, 120 days in prison to run at the expiration of previous sentence and work release allowed; five counts misdemeanor first-degree trespass enter/remain, five counts misdemeanor injury to real property, five counts felony possession of burglary tools and five counts felony larceny, voluntary dismissal.
Brittany D’Amico, felony probation violation, sentence activated, six to eight months in prison, work release allowed if eligible, pay outstanding monies owed, upon payment of $3,000 continue on probation, restitution stricken and probation has discretion to impose electronic house arrest.
Patrick A. Eldridge, felony probation violation, 90 days commitment in response to violation, work release allowed if eligible and pay outstanding monies owed.
Lorenzo A. Engle, felony deliver cocaine, 13 to 16 months in prison to run concurrent with sentence now serving, work release allowed, pay $100 restitution to drug fund, attorney fees, $60 appointed counsel fee and court costs; felony possess with intent to sell or deliver cocaine and felony sell cocaine, voluntary dismissal.

Duane M. Jackson, felony probation violation, continue with former orders, serve 10 days in jail, strike 48 hours community service and fee, after serving 48 hours and if $750 is paid then release from jail.
Jaquay T. McNeill, two counts misdemeanor probation violation, continue on probation and extend six months, modify to serve four days in jail, comply with living arrangements and rules of the household as specified by the court, pay attorney fees and $60 appointed counsel fee.
