Three residents of Southern Pines face drug charges after they were arrested in a joint drug investigation conducted by the Moore County ABC/Narcotics Task Force and Southern Pines police, authorities said.

Arrested are: Franzy DeShanon Wilson, 46, Elizabeth Adjahoe Williams, 51, and James Edward Williams Jr., 51.

Wilson is charged felony possesion of cocaine, felony possess with intent to sell/deliver cocaine, felony possess with intent to sell/deliver marijuana, posess drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana between 1/2 and 1 1/2 ounces.

Wilson appeared before a Moore County Magistrate and was remanded to the Moore County Jail under a $150,000 secured bond pending a hearing in Moore County District Court on March 14.

Williams is charged with felony possess w/Intent to sell/deliver cocaine; felony possession of cocaine; felony possess w/intent sell/deliver marijuana; felony maintain vehicle/dwelling/place controlled substances; possess marijuana between 1/2 and 1.5 ounces and possess drug paraphernalia.

Williams appeared before a Moore County Magistrate and was remanded to the Moore County Jail under $25,000 secured bond pending a hearing in Moore County District Court on March 14.

Williams Jr. is charged with felony possess w/intent to sell/deliver marijuana; felony possess w/intent sell/deliver cocaine; felony maintain vehicle/dwelling/place controlled substances; felony possession of cocaine; possess drug paraphernalia and possession Marijuana between 1/2 and 1 1/2 ounces.

Williams Jr. appeared before a Moore County Magistrate and was remanded to the Moore County Jail under a $25,000 secured bond pending a hearing in Moore County District Court on March 14.

The arrests stemmed from the execution of a search warrant at 675 W. Wisconsin Ave. that resulted in the seizure of 27 grams of suspected marijuana, 15 doses of crack cocaine and $100.
