Traveling Exhibit Comes to Robeson County History Museum
Building on the 225th celebration of Robeson County last year, the Robeson County History Museum is offering several interesting exhibits this year.
The museum will host a six-week traveling exhibit, "Journey Stories," through April 6.
The exhibit focuses on how our ancestors came to America, with a specific look at how the advancements in transportation affected people. It is part of the North Carolina Humanities Council's Museum on Main Street program.
The exhibit will be open Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to noon, and Sundays from 2 to 4 p.m.
Special arrangements can be made for groups to visit at other times or during the evening by contacting Blake Tyner, executive director, at (910) 827-5504.
