The following criminal judgments have been rendered in Moore County District Court.

Feb. 18, 2013

Angeloa E. McLean III, felony possess with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, sentence modified 120 days to serve 63 days in jail and credit 37 days; misdemeanor assault on a female consolidated with misdemeanor larceny and driving while license revoked, sentence modified 18 days in jail to time served.

Feb. 20, 2013

Jose Almanza-Davalos, fail to notify DMV of address change, $50 fine and $210 court costs.

Antonio U. Arciga, misdemeanor possess marijuana, 20 days in jail, credit for time served, $200 court costs, $200 jail fee and $10 order for arrest fee; driving while license revoked, 45 days in jail, suspended, 24 months supervised probation, $200 fine and $210 court costs.
