The Aberdeen Police Department provided the following information.

Arrests

Jan. 23: Secoya Shenay Marsh, 24, of Southern Pines, larceny.

Jan. 25: Forrest Gene Black, 47, of Aberdeen, driving while impaired, carrying concealed weapon and simple drug possession.

Jan. 26: Leavy Baker, 59, of Aberdeen, larceny-shoplifting.

Reports

Jan. 22: Female, 54, reported some set fire to a door of a home in the 700 block of Saunders Boulevard.

Jan. 23: Male, 18, reported the theft of a video game console, video games from a home in the 3000 block of Secretariat Way; Female, 59, reported the theft of a GPS from a 2006 Saturn parked in the 200 block of North Sandhills Boulevard.

Jan. 27: An employee of Quality Mart, 1906 N. Sandhills Blvd., reported the theft of a 12-pack of beer from the convenience store; An employee of Short Stop, 300 N. Sandhills Blvd., reported a known subject attempted to pass counterfeit money to the cashier.
