Moore County Sheriff’s investigators have arrested a Robbins man and charged him in connection with the theft of a utility trailer, said Sheriff Lane Carter.

David Brandon Garner, 31, of 756 Odell Road, is charged with one count of felony receiving stolen property and one count of felony obtaining property by false pretense. He was placed in the Moore County Detention Center under a $5,000.00 secured bond. His first court appearance is scheduled for February 14, 2013 in Moore County District Court in Carthage, N.C.

The arrested stemmed from an investigation int a report of a stolen utility trailer that a Moore County man purchased from the subject. The trailer was reported stolen by the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office.
