Undercover Drug Operation Nets 19 Individuals

Nineteen individuals have been charged in connection with a year-long undercover drug investigation throughout various areas of Moore County, according to Sheriff Lane Carter.
During the investigation street level quantities of controlled prescription pills, cocaine, and marijuana were purchased and seized. Approximately 50 doses of Oxycodone, 124 doses of Hydrocodone, 75 doses of Roxicodone, 11 doses of Xanax, and 9 doses of Morphine prescription pills were seized. Two grams of cocaine, and a gram of marijuana were seized. The estimated street value of the drugs seized is $4,860.
Those arrested and the charges are:
Hector Cruz, 47, of 2 Hemp Street, Robbins. Cruz was charged with two counts of felony possession with intent to sell or deliver a Schedule II controlled substance, two counts of felony sell a Schedule II controlled substance, and two counts of felony deliver a Schedule II controlled substance. Cruz received a $5,000 secured bond and was placed in the Moore County Detention Center.
Marvin Rodrick Jessee, Jr., 45, of 507 Connell Road, Carthage. Jessee was charged with felony possession with intent to sell or deliver a Schedule II controlled substance, felony sell a Schedule II controlled substance, and felony deliver a Schedule II controlled substance.
Jessee received a $25,000 secured bond and was placed in the Moore County Detention Center.
Bobby Joe Pruitt, 33, of 111 Davis Street, Carthage. Pruitt was charged with felony possession with intent to sell or deliver a Schedule II controlled substance, felony sell a Schedule II controlled substance, and felony deliver a Schedule II controlled substance.
Pruitt received a $10,000 secured bond and was placed in the Moore County Detention Center.
Jewel Jackson, 48, of 136 Dean Drive, Cameron. Jackson was charged with three counts of felony trafficking in Opiates, felony possession with intent to sell or deliver a Schedule III controlled substance, felony sell a Schedule III controlled substance, and felony deliver a Schedule III controlled substance. Jackson received a $10,000.00 unsecured bond and was released.
Wanda Jean Tanner, 41, of 1176 Eagle Springs Road, Eagle Springs. Tanner was charged with felony possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine, felony sell cocaine, and felony deliver cocaine. Tanner received a $10,000.00 unsecured bond and was released.
Anetra Sheree Taylor, 30, of 123 Fork Lane, Aberdeen. Taylor was charged with three counts of felony trafficking in Opiates, felony possession with intent to sell a Schedule II controlled substance, felony sell a Schedule II controlled substance, and felony deliver a Schedule II controlled substance. Taylor received a $5,000 secured bond and was placed in the Moore County Detention Center.
Chelsea Ann Chriscoe, 20, of 3383 Fork Creek Road, Seagrove. Chriscoe was charged with felony conspiracy to sell or deliver a Schedule II controlled substance. Chriscoe received a $25,000.00 secured bond and was placed in the Moore County Detention Center.
William James Troyer, Jr., 21, of 295 Frannie Moore Road, Robbins. Troyer was charged with felony conspiracy to sell or deliver a Schedule II controlled substance, felony possession with intent to sell or deliver a Schedule II controlled substance, felony sell a Schedule II controlled substance, and felony deliver a Schedule II controlled substance.
Troyer received a $25,000 secured bond and was placed in the Moore County Detention Center.
Jonathan Darrell McRae, 30, of 215 Airport Road, Carthage. McRae was charged with six counts of trafficking in Opiates, two counts of felony possession with intent to sell or deliver a Schedule III controlled substance, two counts of felony sell a Schedule III controlled substance, and three counts of felony deliver a Schedule III controlled substance. McRae received a $10,000 secured bond and was placed in the Moore County Detention Center.
Leon Jefferson Graham, 35, of Jeans Loop Road, Pinebluff. Graham was charged with three counts of felony trafficking in Opiates, felony possession with intent to sell or deliver a Schedule III controlled substance, felony sell a Schedule III controlled substance, and felony deliver a Schedule III controlled substance. Graham received a $60,000 secured bond and was placed in the Moore County Detention Center.
Marco Antonio Lopez-Pedro, 19, of 265 Hemp Street, Robbins. Lopez-Pedro was charged with felony possession with intent to sell or deliver a Schedule III controlled substance, felony sell a Schedule III controlled substance, and felony deliver a Schedule III controlled substance.
Lopez-Pedro received a $7,500 secured bondand was placed in the Moore County Detention Center.
Holly Alexis Edmonds, 29, of 112 Dewberry Lane, Cameron. Edmonds was charged with felony possession with intent to sell or deliver a Schedule IV controlled substance, felony sell a Schedule IV controlled substance, and felony deliver a Schedule IV controlled substance.
Edmonds received a $10,000 unsecured bond and was released.
Denorey Levar Person, 35, of 112 Dogwood Drive, Vass. Person was charged with felony possession with intent to sell or deliver a Schedule II controlled substance, felony sell a Schedule II controlled substance, and felony deliver a Schedule II controlled substance.
Person received a $10,000 secured bond and was placed in the Moore Count Detention Center.
Matthew Paul Bibey, 31, of 170 Fellowship Way, Aberdeen. Bibey was charged with felony possession with intent to sell or deliver a Schedule II controlled substance, felony sell a Schedule II controlled substance, and felony deliver a Schedule II controlled substance.
Bibey received a $10,000 unsecured bond and was released.
Christine Sullivan Kellis, 45, of 1655 Central Drive, Southern Pines. Kellis was charged with felony possession with intent to sell or deliver a Schedule II controlled substance, felony sell a Schedule II controlled substance, and felony deliver a Schedule II controlled substance.
Kellis received a $5,000 secured bond and was placed in the Moore County Detention Center.
Travis William Baker, 23, of 181 Big Poplar Lane, Carthage. Baker was charged with three counts of felony trafficking in Opiates, felony possession with intent to sell or deliver a Schedule II controlled substance, felony sell a Schedule II controlled substance, and felony deliver a Schedule II controlled substance.
Baker received a $10,000 secured bond and was placed in the Moore County Detention Center.
Terry Dean Patterson, 43, of 280 Monroe Road, Carthage. Patterson was charged with felony possession with intent to sell or deliver a Schedule II controlled substance, felony sell a Schedule II controlled substance, and felony deliver a Schedule II controlled substance.
Patterson received a $10,000 unsecured bond and was released.
Robbie Shaun Mitchell, 34, of 240 Allen Lane, Aberdeen. Robbie Mitchell was charged with felony possession with intent to sell or deliver a Schedule III controlled substance, felony sell a Schedule III controlled substance, and felony deliver a Schedule III controlled substance.
Robbie Mitchell received a $10,000 secured bond and was placed in the Moore County Detention Center.
Megan Alexandria Mitchell, 30, of 240 Allen Lane, Aberdeen. Megan Mitchell was charged with felony possession with intent to sell or deliver a Schedule III controlled substance, felony sell a Schedule III controlled substance, and felony deliver a Schedule III controlled substance.
Megan Mitchell received a $10,000.00 unsecured bond and was released.
