Three Face Drug Charges After Arrest in Robbins

On Tuesday, investigators from the Moore County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics unit and Selective Enforcement unit and the Robbins police arrested Gilberto Pulido Rivas, 29, of A14 Lindale Drive, Robbins. He is charged with felony trafficking in methamphetamine, felony conspiracy to traffic in metamphetamine, and felony possession with intent to sell or deliver methamphetamine.

Gilberto Pulido Rivas received a $30,000.00 secured bond and was placed in the Moore County jail.

Also arrested was Guillermo Pulido-Arzate, 50, and Clara Rivas Ruiz, both of 281 Hemp Street, Robbins. Pulido-Arzate is charged with felony trafficking in methamphetamine, felony conspiracy to traffic in methamphetamine, felony possession with intent to sell or deliver methamphetamine, and misdemeanor possess or sell alcoholic beverage without a permit.

Pulido-Arzate received a $10,000 unsecured bond and was released.

Clara Rivas Ruiz was charged with felony trafficking in methamphetamine, felony conspiracy to traffic in methamphetamine, felony possession with intent to sell or deliver methamphetamine, and misdemeanor possess or sell alcoholic beverages without a permit.

She received a $10,000 unsecured bond and was released.

The arrests followed the execution of a search warrant at a residence at 281 Hemp Street, Robbins. Officers located and seized approximately 30 grams of methamphetamine, a .380 caliber handgun, three cases of malt beverage, and $480.

The estimated street value of the methamphetamine seized is $3,000.
