Sheriff's investigators have charged Fayetteville man in connection with larceny from a Carthage business.
On Jan. 15, investigators arrested Corey Cox, 26, of 7294 Reedy Creek Drive, Fayetteville, and charged him with felony larceny by employee. He was released on a written promise to appear in court. His first court appearance is scheduled for January 31, 2013 in Moore County District Court in Carthage.
The arrest stems from a report made on Jan. 7 of larceny by employee from Cycle Masters, located in the Cartahge area of Moore County. The owner Daniel McNamara reported that a former employee had failed to return tools that his company had provided for him.
