Teen Faces Felony Break-in Charge

A Carthage teen has been charged in connection with a breaking and entering that was reported in September.

On Jan. 16, Moore County Sheriff's investigators arrested Eric Tyler Kimball, 18, of 128 Sarges Drive, and charged him with felony breaking and entering and was released on a $5,000.00 unsecured bond. His first court appearance is scheduled for February 06, 2013 in Moore County District Court in Carthage, N.C.

The break-in was reported by Terry Webb, who resides in the Carthage area. Webb told officers no items were taken, but the home sustained extensive damage to several windows and the front door as someone make entry.
