The Pinehurst Police Department provided the following information.

Reports

Jan. 7: Male, 54, reported someone removed four harnesses from a barn at the Harness Track, 200 S. Beulah Hill Road.

Jan. 9: An employee of Pinehurst Chiropractic, 315 Page Road, reported the theft of cash from the business.

Jan. 11: Officers responded to a report of damage to two vehicles by an individual during an incident at N.C. 211 and Murdocksville Road; Police reported discovering a damaged mailbox at a home in the 300 block of Spring Lake Drive.
