The Southern Pines Police Department provided the following information.
Reports
Feb. 13: Male, 35, reported the theft of license plates from a 2002 Dodge van parked in the 100 block of Patner Circle.
Feb. 18: An employee of Boles Funeral Home, 425 W. Pennsylvania, reported the unauthorized use of a company credit card; An employee of Belk, 10205 U.S. 15-501, reported the theft of jewelry from the store; Female, 35, reported a case of financial identity fraud at Pier One Imports, 10205 U.S. 15-501; Female, 50, reported someone slashed her tires during an incident in the 200 block of Shaw Avenue; Female, 31, reported the theft of a cellphone and keys from a home in the 100 block of Coats Street; Male, 49, reported the theft of three laptop computers, iPad and a video camera from a home in the 300 block of Arbutus Road; Female, 44, reported the theft of a purse, cash and prescription medication after a break-in of a 2010 Toyota parked in the 600 block of South West Broad Street.
Feb. 19: Female, 46, reported damage to a glass door at a home in the 600 block of South Gaines Street; Female, 48, reported the theft of a wallet in the 10200 block of U.S. 15-501; Female, 31, reported someone kicked her in the face during an incident at a home in the 100 block of Coats Street.
Feb. 21: An unnamed juvenile reported being punched in the face by another during an incident in the 10200 block of U.S. 15-501.
