So Many Bikers, So Few Trails

There are many bike riders in this area with only dangerous roads to ride on.

I have been to other places in the country which have wide concrete bike paths, like Jacksonville, 10 miles long, Orlando, 50 miles long, and many rails for trails. The list goes on and on.

Those kinds of decisions were the best decisions those counties could have made. No one on the paths has to worry about safety. Automobiles are not allowed, only bikers, runners or walkers. It is so enjoyable and refreshing.

With all of the riders we have here, cannot this county do the same?

Agreed and wish the town would build some sidewalks, bike lanes and more stuff for the kids. We need a community center so more programs can be offered like after school program, more camps, etc. and preferably before my kids are college age. Forget the unnecessary parking deck and focus on the trails, paths, sidewalks and rec center please for the younger families in the Village. Love the new disc golf course off Chicken Plant road too!
