Pinebluff Man Faces Felony Drug Charges

A Pinebluff man is facing felony drug charges following an investigation conducted on Thursday in Addor by the Moore County Sheriff's Office Narcotics unit.
Carlos Roosevelt Williams, 43, of 126 Oak Street, was arrested Thursday and is charged with two counts of felony trafficking in Opiates, felony possession with intent to sell or deliver a Schedule II controlled substance, felony possession with intent to sell or deliver a Schedule III controlled substance, felony possession of cocaine, felony maintaining a vehicle to keep controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
Carlos Roosevelt Williams received a $5,000.00 secured bond and was placed in the Moore County jail.
The arrest stems from an investigation in which officers located and seized nine doses of Percocet pills, four doses of Oxycontin pills, one Lortab pill, two doses of crack cocaine, four grams of marijuana, $3,078 and items of drug paraphernalia.
Percocet and Oxycontin prescription pills are Schedule II controlled substances.
Lortab prescription pills are Schedule III controlled substances.
The estimated street value of the drugs seized is $300.00.
