Three Face Drug Charges After Undercover Investigation

Three people are facing charges of narcotics distribution following an undercover drug operation conducted by the Moore County Sheriff’s Office, Sheriff Lane Carter said.

Arrested are: Rondayle Alexander, 29, of 275 Bellview Road, Robbins, Jeannie Elaine Hardy, 28, 220 Melton Street, Robbins, and Jarvis Terrell Smith, 26, of 135 Meadowfield Circle, Aberdeen.

All were arrested on Tuesday.

Ingram was charged with four counts of felony trafficking in opiates, felony possession with intent to sell or deliver a Schedule III controlled substance, felony sell a Schedule III controlled substance, felony

deliver a Schedule III controlled substance, felony conspiracy to traffic in opiates, felony conspiracy to sell or deliver a Schedule III controlled substance, two counts of felony possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine, two counts of felony sell cocaine, and two counts of felony deliver cocaine.

Ingram received a $100,000.00 secured bond and was placed in the Moore County Detention Center.

Hardy is charged with four counts of felony trafficking in opiates, felony possession with intent to sell or deliver a Schedule III controlled substance, felony sell a Schedule III controlled substance, felony deliver a Schedule III controlled substance, felony conspiracy to traffic in opiates, and felony conspiracy to sell or deliver a Schedule III controlled substance.

Hardy received a $50,000 secured bond and was placed in the Moore County Detention Center.

Smith was charged with felony possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine, felony sell cocaine, and felony deliver cocaine.

Smith received a $50,000.00 secured bond and was placed in the Moore County Detention Center.

During the eight-month operation officers from the narcotics unit of the Sheriff's department purchased and seized street level quantities of prescription pills and cocaine. The investigation was conducted in the Robbins and Aberdeen areas of Moore County.
