Moore County Sheriff's investigators have charged an 18-year-old Pinebluff man in connection with a reported sexual assault of two females, ages 13 and 8.

On Sunday, sheriff's investigators arrested David Mendoza, of 114 Woodglen Way, Pinebluff, and charged him with two counts of sexual battery, two counts indecent liberties with child, two counts of first degree sex offense child, first degree rape, incest and crimes against nature.

The arrest was made in connection with a report received by the Sheriff's office on Sunday. The reported incident occurred outside the Aberdeen area of Moore County, police said.

Mendoza was placed in the Moore County jail under a $1,000,000 secured bond. His first court appearance is scheduled for October 18, 2012 in Moore County district court in Carthage.
