The sixth annual Sandhills Community College Alumni Association Homecoming will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29, in and around the Dempsey Student Center. There will be fun and games for adults and children, campus hayride tours, live music and a good old-fashioned pig picking.

After years of successfully educating and training students, Sandhills Community College began an alumni association six years ago.

One of the first special events the association held was a homecoming. Sensing the enjoyment of those in attendance and the devotion graduates hold toward the college, the event has been held each autumn.
