Aberdeen Man Faces Felony Burglary Charge

An Aberdeen man is charged with felony burglary in connection with an incident that happened on West Michigan Avenue.
Dionne Rashad Cameron, 24, was arrested following an investigation by the patrol division into a breaking and entering that was reported at 2:57 a.m. Sept. 15.
The victim had been awakened by the suspect entering through a bedroom window. The victim was then assaulted, however, did not receive any injuries requiring medical attention. Cameron was taken into custody by responding patrol officers.
Cameron appeared before a Moore County Magistrate and was remanded to the Moore County jail under $50,000 bond pending a hearing today in Moore County District Court.
