No Warning Signals

This morning someone got a ticket for going more than 30 mph at the college during the only two hours of the 24 that the speed limit is not 45.
Unlike other school areas that have warning signals and flashing lights, there are no reminders of the 30 mph limit other than a couple of small signs with those details at the bottom. This is not an area that has crossing guards or many visible signs.
How do we get the flashing lights, other than those blue babies in our rear-view mirror?

If you live in whispering Pines, I would assume you travel Airport Road, ( I will also assume this is where you were ticketed) on a regular basis. This being said, you should know the speed limits, and the fact that there are school zones there. You broke the law, and were caught, deal with it.
