Winston appears to be a young adult Terrier mix and is a neutered male. Winston was surrendered due to his owners not having enough time to spend with him. His name should have been Romeo because this is one loveable guy! Winston just loves to give kisses and is very comfortable with being held. He has also done very well with the other dogs in his play group.
