The Southern Pines Police Department provided the following information.

Arrests

Oct. 6: Cordell Aldridge Scarborough, 34, of Southern Pines, three counts fail to appear (orders for arrest); Joseph Edward Allman, 19, of Aberdeen, liquor possession by a minor.

Oct. 7: Bethany Dawn Moser, 28, of Whispering Pines, simple assault and battery or affray.

Oct. 8: James Artist McAllister, 50, of Southern Pines, fail to appear (order for arrest); Monica Danielle Kiser, 32, of Aberdeen, embezzlement.

Oct. 9: Randall Dwayne Tracy, 44, of Whispering Pines, two counts of larceny.

Oct. 10: Seth Todd Harrelson, 24, of Carthage, possession of drug paraphernalia; Roosevelt McNeill, 55, of Aberdeen, shoplifting and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Oct. 11: Maurice Donell White, 30, of Southern Pines, conspiracy to commit a felony.

Oct. 12: Deborah Kelly Lucas, 56, of Southern Pines, speed to elude arrest, resisting a public officer.

Oct. 12: Charles Junior Russell, 19, of Southern Pines, two counts robbery with firearms or other dangerous weapon and larceny of firearm.

Oct. 13: Shemeka Latosha Ryner, 24, of Aberdeen, drug possession; William Earl Wright Jr., 24, of Southern Pines, drug possession and second-degree trespass; Alexander Herbert Paschal, 34, of Robbins, drug possession.

Oct. 14: Erica Christine Atkins, 25, of Sanford, drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Reports

Oct. 3: An employee of Harris Teeter, 2915 Airport Road, reported someone obtained money by false pretense at the store.

Oct. 7: Female, 21, reported damage to a door at a home in the 100 block of Coats Street.

Oct. 10: Male, 56, reported another pushed him down and kicked him during an incident at a home in the 100 block of Fawnwood Place, Carthage.

Oct. 11: Female, 20, reported the theft of a car headlight lens from a vehicle parked in the 100 block of Brucewood Road; Male, 64, reported the theft of jewelry from a home in the 500 block of Orchard Road; Male, 75, reported damage to a screen door and telephone line at a home in the 100 block of South Carlisle Street.

Oct. 12: Male, 27, reported an individual pointed a gun at him and another victim and robbed them of their wallets and identification cards during an incident in the 300 block of North Leak Street; Female, 62, reported someone used her identification to file false tax returns.

Oct. 13: An employee of Lowe’s Home Improvement, 10845 U.S. 15-501, reported someone took wire from the store without paying for it.

Oct. 14: Female, 40, reported someone stole rings from a home in the 100 block of Pinehurst Avenue; Female, 25, reported someone threw a beer bottle at a vehicle during an incident in the 1000 block of Richards Street; Male, 32, reported the theft of video game equipment following a break-in at a home in the 600 block of South Hardin Street; Female, 32, reported the theft of potato chips after a break-in at a home in the 100 block of North May Street.

Oct. 16: Female, 69, reported the theft of a purse from a home in the 1100 block of West Indiana Avenue and the unauthorized use of a debit card; Female, 40, reported a juvenile was touched by another in a sexual manner at a home in the 400 block of Clark Street; Female, 58, reported someone threw an ashtray at her during an incident in the 300 block of West Maine Avenue.

Oct. 17: Male, 73, reported the removal of a sign on a vehicle parked in the 200 block of Tanglewood Drive; An employee of Moore Appliance, 265 Commerce Avenue, reported someone attempted to pry open a door of the business; Male, 41, reported someone pointed a gun at him during an incident in the 1000 block of North May Street; Female, 36, reported someone wrote on a vehicle parked in the 200 block of North West Broad Street.

Oct. 18: Female, 52, reported the theft of a television, laptop, and car keys from a home in the 200 block of Lakewood Drive; Male, 55, reported being assaulted by another during an incident at a home in the 800 block of Barber Road; Female, 45, reported being assaulted by another during an incident at a home in the 800 block of Barber Road.
