Circle Changes: Others Needed

I’ve been following with interest the landscaping changes to the Pinehurst Traffic Circle. I agree that those changes should be helpful, but I think that additional changes should be made, too, specifically, lowering the speed limits approaching the circle, and replacing the yield signs with merge signs.
In addition, drivers entering the circle should practice what we all learned in kindergarten — “take turns.”
A well-functioning traffic circle should promote traffic flow, not cause a five-spoke parking lot.

Yep, I've seen people put on their blinker and come to a complete stop at the traffic circle with no traffic approaching. I also hate that people making a left turn at a light with only one lane tend to sit towards the right side preventing those behind them from making right turns even in lanes that are large enough to accomodate it. Also, if those same people making a left would pull out to the middle of the intersection when the light turns green it would allow those going straight to go around, and it would allow them to make a left turn easier than having to wait for enough time to move ahead and start turning from the place they were stopped for the red light.
