Robbins Residents Face Felony Marijuana Charges

Two Robbins residents are facing drug charges after a search of their residence and surrounding property resulted in the seizure of four marijuana plants, high grade marijuana, a gun and drug paraphernalia, Sheriff Lane Carter reported.

On Wednesday investigators arrested Clyde Ray Freeman II, 40, and Angela Marie Cagle, 36, both of 1211 Smyrna Church Road, Robbins.

Freeman is charged with with felony possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana, felony manufacture marijuana, felony possession of marijuana, felony maintaining a dwelling to keep controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, and misdemeanor child abuse.

He received a $10,000 secured bond and was placed in the Moore County jail.

Cagle is charged with felony possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana, felony manufacture marijuana, felony possession of marijuana, felony maintaining a dwelling to keep controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, and misdemeanor child abuse.

She received a $10,000 unsecured bond and was released.
