Cathy D. Edwards, two consolidated counts misdemeanor simple worthless check, 60 days in prison, suspended, 18 months supervised probation, pay a total of $970.22 restitution to Walmart and Lowe’s Home Store, $100 fine, $200 court costs and upon compliance transfer to unsupervised probation.

Misty A. King, misdemeanor simple worthless check, 60 days in jail, suspended, 18 months supervised probation, pay $45.73 restitution to Southern Sales, $100 fine, $180 court costs, $200 failure to appear fee, $20 installment plan fee and upon compliance transfer to unsupervised probation.

Roland D. Mallar, driving while impaired, 60 days in jail, suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, 24 hours community service with any nonprofit agency within 60 days and $250 fee, comply with mental health assessments, pay $200 fine, $290 court costs and $100 DWI fee.
