Jalisa Davis led the Mustangs with 29 points while fellow seniors Mone' Little and Jessie Sheffield added 12 and 11 points, respectively. The Mustangs improve to 3-0 for the season while Eastern drops to 0-2.

The Mustang boys were behind 23 points entering the fourth quarter, but rallied to within 12 points and in possession of the ball. The Mustangs were unable to capitalize on the comeback, falling 75-60. Landon Auman paced the Mustangs with a season-high 21 points and Quashan Davis added 15 points for North Moore. The Mustangs fall to 1-2 and Eastern improves to 2-0.
