Andrew Tinney, felony attempted first-degree murder consolidated with felony malicious assault in secret and felony assault with deadly weapon on government official, 100 to 129 months in prison, credit 378 days, pay $717.43 restitution, attorney fees and court costs in civil judgment and defense is appealing the transfer to superior court issue from juvenile system; misdemeanor weapons on educational property/aid, misdemeanor injury to personal property and felony assault with deadly weapon with intent to kill, voluntary dismissal.

Oct. 31, 2012

Wayne P. Munsell, misdemeanor larceny, 40 days in jail, suspended, 18 months supervised probation, 48 hours community service within 90 days, remain gainfully employed or in course of study, pay $840 restitution jointly and severally with co-defendant, court costs, transfer to unsupervised probation as early as six months if all terms and conditions are satisfied; felony possess stolen motor vehicle, voluntary dismissal.

Nov. 1, 2012

Terrence J. Collins, felony breaking and/or entering consolidated with felony larceny after break/enter and habitual felon, 81 to 107 months in prison, credit 231 days, $500 restitution and attorney fees in civil judgment and case appealed; felony possess stolen goods/ property, court arrests judgment; driving while license revoked, operate vehicle with no insurance, fictitious/altered title/ registration card/tag and fictitious information to officer, voluntary dismissal.

Mario T. Dockery, three counts felony breaking and/or entering consolidated with three counts felony larceny and one count felony larceny after break/enter, 15 to 18 months in prison, credit 363 days, pay $1,175 restitution, attorney fees, $60 appointed counsel fee and court costs in civil judgment; four counts felony possess stolen goods/property, habitual felon status, felony breaking and/or entering and felony safecracking, voluntary dismissal.
