Just wanted to say a big thank-you to Animal Advocates.

My friend has a small 5-year-old dog with back problems. The dog is in constant pain.

My friend has cancer and had a double mastectomy. She is now going through chemotherapy.

She is self-employed and has been unable to work because the chemo has been making her so sick. Unfortunately, she has been unable to pay the vet for the care her little dog so desperately needs.

I called Maureen Horansky to see if there was any way that Animal Advocates could help. Within two hours the vet told my friend that her bill had been paid.

What a great organization! Thank you all again.
