The Southern Pines Police Department provided the following information.

Arrests

Oct. 27: Tonie Nicole Carroll, 17, of Aberdeen, possession of drug paraphernalia; Scott Joseph Jiran Jr., 19, of Southern Pines, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Oct. 29: Jaysean Namir Jackson, 23, of Hoffman, resisting a public officer.

Oct. 30: Arrington La’Trelle Fairley, 22, of Southern Pines, possession a weapon by a known felon, drug possession and carrying a concealed weapon.

Oct. 31: Anthony Bernard Rogers, 22, of Southern Pines, sell or deliver drugs; Randall Dwayne Tracy, 44, of Marston, financial transaction card theft, larceny, six counts of credit card fraud and six counts financial identity fraud.

Nov. 1: Eric Tyler Kimball, 17, of Carthage, assault by pointing a gun, carrying a concealed weapon, possess carry firearm by a minor, possession of liquor by a minor, resisting an officer; Matthew Alejandro Cabrera, 20, of Pinebluff, purchase/possess alcohol by anyone under 21 years of age.

Nov. 2: Mychael Scott Gillis, 21, of Carthage, felony breaking and entering a building, larceny after breaking and entering, possess stolen goods and probation violation; James Artist McAllister, 50, of Southern Pines, fail to appear (order for arrest), Lorenzo Vamper, 59, of Southern Pines, disorderly conduct-disturbing the peace and violation of a valid protective order.

Nov. 3: Jamere Tyrese Monroe, 17, of Southern Pines, drug possession.

Nov. 4: Bria Camille Walker, 19, of Southern Pines, injury to personal property; Annie Marie Suggs, 19, of Southern Pines, obscene/profane phone call; Dylan Kincaide Beamer, 20, of Southern Pines, liquor possession by a minor.

Reports

Oct. 23: Female, 27, reported being punched in the stomach during an incident at a home in the 200 block of N. Page Street.

Oct. 25: Female, 42, reported the theft of a television, router and video camera from a home in the 1100 block of Richards Street.

Oct. 26: Male, 44, reported someone pointed a gun and fired it at the victim during an incident in the 1600 block of U.S. 1 South; Female, 66, reported the unauthorized use of a credit card at a convenience store in the 200 block of West Morganton Road; Female, 67, reported the unauthorized use of a credit card by another at a convenience store at 10805 U.S. 15-501; Officers responded to a report on a person unlawfully entering property in the 1100 block of Richards Street; Female, 32, reported another person threatened to assault her and shot her during an incident at a home in the 100 block of Coats Street; An employee of Bo’s Food Store, 750 SW Broad Street, reported someone attempted to gain entry into the store.

Oct. 27: Female, 28, reported a parent left a child with a neighbor and the child was injured. The incident happened at a home in the 100 block of Coats Street; Female, 36, reported someone broke a car window on a 2004 Chevy and removed a purse from the vehicle that was parked in the 1000 block of West Wisconsin Avenue.

Oct. 28: Female, 62, reported the theft of a purse containing identification cards and check book from a vehicle parked in the 1400 block of West Pennsylvania Avenue Extension.

Oct. 29: Female, 19, reported someone entered a vehicle and removed a purse containing a wallet, debit cards and other identification cards. The incident happened in the 200 block of West Pennsylvania Avenue; Female, 92, reported a male, 28, left a home in the 700 block of South Mechanic Street and didn’t return.

Oct. 30: Female, 49, reported the theft of prescription medication from a home in the 500 block of North Bennett Street; Female, 24, reported damage to a window on a home in the 1100 block of West Indiana Avenue; Male, 33, reported the theft of a video game console and video game after a break-in at a home in the 300 block of Crestview Road.

Oct. 31: An employee of Sandhills Auto Exchange, 1495 U.S. 1 South, reported an individual failed to return a 2004 GMC truck; An employee of Bill Smith Ford, 1010 Old U.S. 1 South, reported someone took without permission a set of four tires; Female, 81, reported the theft of jewelry from a home i the 400 block of Waters Drive; An employee of Progress Energy, reported the theft of wiring from the roadway in the 500 block of Air Tool Drive.

Nov. 1: Female, 43, reported another used the personal information of another to open accounts; An employee of Lowe’s Home Improvement, 10845 U.S. 15-501, reported the theft of a utility trailer from the parking lot of the business.

Nov. 2: Male, 47, reported he was threatened during an incident at a home in the 600 block of South Henley Stree; An employee of Bell Tree, 155 NE Broad St., reported someone removed a light fixture from the wall and left the restaurant; Female, 29, reported someone hit her and damage a wall after entering a home in the 300 block of Shaw Avenue.

Nov. 3: Male, 28, reported someone removed cash from his pocket without permission during an incident at a Gigi’s Pizza & Subs, 207 W. Morganton Road; Female, 34, reported damage to the side of vehicle parked in the 800 block of South Henley Street.

Nov. 4: Male, 58, reported the theft of a purse, wallet, cash and cash from a vehicle parked in the 400 block of South Bennett Street; Male, 60, reported someone discharged a firearm into an occupied home in the 600 block of S. Gaines Street; Male, 27, reported damage to a window on a 2001 Pontiac that was parked in the 100 block of Turner Street.
