Aberdeen

The Aberdeen Police Department provided the following information.

Arrests

Oct. 26: Brian Marcus Gillespie, 20, of Aberdeen, misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon, assault on a female, criminal damage to property (vandalism), cyber stalking, injury to property and larceny.

Oct. 30: Emily Ann Jackson, 37, of Lakeview, simple assault.

Nov. 2: Yosef Lavi McCoy, 40, of Pinehurst, escape custody or resist arrest; Tangela Lynn Rice, 41, of Aberdeen, simple assault.

Nov. 4: Brenda Levan McKeithen, 60, of Southern Pines, second degree trespass.

Nov. 5: Christopher Carl Davis, 36, of Fayetteville, felony motor vehicle theft, felony possessing-concealing stolen property, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Reports

Nov. 1: An employee of Lucky Star Food Mart & Tobacco, 108 S. Sandhills Blvd., reported a known subject barred from the premises was on the store property; Male, 21, reported receiving harassing text messages from an unknown person.

Nov. 2: Female, 42, reported a known subject without permission used a debit card to obtain money from an automatic teller machine.

Nov. 4: Male, 24, reported a broken window at a home in the 700 block of Churchill Downs.
