The O'Neal School is hosting an array of summer day camps for youth in the community.

With the supervision of O'Neal's summer fun coordinator, Beth Field, a variety of programs have been scheduled on O'Neal's campus.

In addition to the traditional two-week Falcon Day Camp, there is a weeklong program for 3- and 4-year-olds called "Falcon Fun and Games" that is scheduled to take place twice this summer. Also new to the lineup is Falcon Fun for First Grade. This weeklong program, also scheduled twice, is catered to rising first grade students.

Specialized camps featuring critical thinking, adventure, music, sports and more are also a part of the selection. The instructors for these camps are O'Neal faculty members and coaches who bring well studied expertise to the topics at hand.

O'Neal's 40-acre campus now has two gymnasiums, a swimming pool, theater, art studios and other additional facilities providing a great place for summer activities.

"We want our campus alive with kids this summer," Headmaster Alan Barr says. "Providing enrichment for the children of our community is always rewarding for our school as well as our instructors."
