The staff and sales team from Weichert, Realtors-Larose & Co. were on hand at the Weichert Northern Carolina Broker Council banquet to applaud the company's agents for their national recognition.

The event was held recently at the Pinehurst Resort and Country Club.

Amanda Bullock was first in the spotlight as an inductee into the national franchise organization's 2011 President's Club, the highest of the top three honors presented to sales associates annually by Weichert Real Estate Affiliates (WREA). Bullock also stood out as the Council's Top Selling Agent and Top Overall Agent for the year.

Next up were the agency's Ross Laton and Walter Newton, inductees into the 2011 Executive Club, another of the top three awards to agents. Both Laton and Newton achieved sales production above the $3 million mark.

Christine Menear, Megan Grieshaber, Leilani Medlin, Monica Hawke and Anja Richardson earned 2011 Sales Achievement Awards. All awards are based on minimum requirement per award category in GCI (gross commission income) or units earned.

Rookie of the Year for the Northern Carolina Council was Len Murry. Murry made the move to Pinehurst and into real estate sales following a career as a firefighter and ultimately battalion fire chief in Fairfax County, Va.

"We are extremely proud of Len's quick adaptation to serving the market so well as to earn this prestigious award from among all the one-year agents in the entire broker council," said broker/co-owner Cathy Larose.
