The Southern Pines Police Department provided the following information.

Arrests

March 3: Brandon Christopher Taylor, 26, of Vass, simple assault and battery or affray; Brian Patrick Sone, 21, of Dallas; misdemeanor breaking and entering, vandalism to real property-willful and wanton injury and second-degree trespass.

March 5: William Earl Wright Jr., 24, of Southern Pines, drug possession, possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

March 7: Deoan Jammar McNeill, 25, of Southern Pines, fail to appear (order for arrest).

March 8: Beverly Lynn Ashcroft, 44, of Southern Pines, loud or unnecessary noise.

March 9: Dakota Wayne Allred, 20, of Carthage, larceny and possessing stolen goods.

March 10: Kevin John Cook, 28, of Richmond, Va., intoxicated and disruptive; Charles Anderson Rose Jr., 68, of Southern Pines, consume on public road, street, highway or sidewalk and consumption of beer, wine and other intoxicating beverage.

March 12: Timothy Andrew Peedin, 41, of Southern Pines, worthless check; Jessica Elizabeth Greer, 16, of West End, misdemeanor larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia.

March 13: Alfreato Delional Bass, 30, of Southern Pines, six counts of larceny and three counts of possessing stolen goods; Travon Devante Perkins, 18, of Southern Pines, simple assault simple assault and battery or affray.

March 14: Jordan Rhea Peitz, 17, of Eagle Springs, shoplifting.

March 17: Damari Murcel McPhaul, 20, of Southern Pines, simple assault; Ariel Paige Johnson, 17, of Eagle Springs, larceny; Tiarra Shaine Allred, 17, of West End, larceny.

March 19: Marketa Shanice Wells, 22, of Aberdeen, drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Reports

March 9: Male, 26, reported the theft of a 2007 Yamaha from the 100 block of Murray Hill Road; Male, 41, reported locating a suspicious package in the 200 block of Air Tool Drive; Female, 85, reported the theft of cash from a home in the 100 block of Fox Hollow Court.

March 10: Male, 21, reported the theft of a 2010 motor scooter from the 100 block of Murray Hill Road.

March 12: Female, 60, reported the theft of jewelry from a home in the 500 block of North Bennett Street; A town employee reported damage to bathrooms at a park facility in the 100 block of Fire Lane.

March 13: An employee of Little Toy Shop, 230 SW Broad Street, reported the theft of 20 Webkinz.

March 14: An employee of Cracker Barrell, 10975 U.S. 15-501, reported someone left without paying for the food.

March 15: Male, 40, reported someone damaged a 2010 Toyota in a parking lot on Tanglewood Drive.

March 17: Male, 46, reported another threatened to shoot the victim and his residence at a home in the 600 block of South Henley Street; An employee of Kohl’s, 190 Brucewood Road, reported someone concealed jeans and jewelry and left the store without paying for the items.

March 18: Female, 33, reported she was struck in the head with a billiards cue during an incident at Legends Downtown Bar and Grill, 1113 Old U.S. Old U.S. 1.
