I always have to read Robert M. Levy’s column several times. I have difficulty following his line of thought. But I think I got his recent one, “Our President is Scamming Black America” (June 24).
According to Mr. Levy, the African-American unemployment rate is 13.6 percent and is the president’s fault. Black adult teen unemployment is 36.5 percent and is the president’s fault. Blacks in prison, 39 percent, the president’s fault. A flooded market with unskilled, entry level jobs, the president’s fault. Frustrated job-seekers turning to crime, the president’s fault.
According to Mr. Levy, all these poor unfortunate folks have to do is just join the Republican Party. Problem solved!

Marsh'...............................had us worried for a moment, weren't sure you understood, Many don't Mr Levy's dead on the money or is it in your opinion these people are lazy, stupid and criminal? Didn't think so. So the Democrat party "PROMISED" and this Presidend as the head of his party "PROMISED" them a better life, it's now over 3 1/2 years later and they as a group are much worse off, and all Obama can do is blame Bush, Bankers, rich people, Repubicans, The TEA party, FOX NEWS, White people, Millionaires and Billionaires ( except of course the ones that line the Democrat parties coffers ), Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Wall Street ( again except the ones who have givin him 10s of millions of dollars) Insurance companies ( but wait under Obamacare everyone must buy insurance or the government will punish you, think maybe the whole bad insurance company thing might have been a scam ) So it appears Mr. Marsh the only thing President Obama has delivered are a truck load of excuses for his failures and all those excuses involve blaming someone, anyone, else for his failure to deliver to the African American Community, or is it he and the Democrat party just want your vote and have suckered you over and over again. Feel free to substitute another more accurate word for suckered ( I'd rather not be banned) We elected this President because he was black, not for his experiance, we need to fire him because he's bad for all Americans.Should you vote for Romney because he's ideal, nope, you should vote for Romney because Obamas first term has been a disaster and his performance is actually getting steadily worse, Our country can't withstand another 4 years of the divisive incompetence of this administration. We' had enough of pass the buck, it's time for a "the buck stops here' president, is that Romney, I hope so, but at this point I know it isn't Obama.
