Not his first rodeo. He probably has multiple charges pending in court already. Frequent flyers. The court system is such a joke.

I'm sure it's "society's fault".

MarkinMiami: It clearly is "the system's" fault that we have a growing segment of Americans who are unproductive and committing crimes. We have more incarcerated citizens than any other country in the world, so we are doing something seriously wrong. Feel free to offer your constructive recommendation on how we can address the problem.

BTW, I am not taking the position that this individual can blame someone else, even if his lot in life was, to a high degree, programmed in by our failure to make improvements to the system. He is personally responsible and will be held accountable.

As long as our system creates and leaves behind socioeconomic groups that do not see a way to succeed we will end up ultimately paying for our failures.

Wow - BigE- going all socialist on us poor old folk. Ever think this guy may have made many many choices throughout the course of his life that were wrong? You think every one was society's fault? Hilarious. Life is full of crapola for everyone but somehow those that fight, work hard, make good choices, keep their nose clean and don't have a drug or alcohol problem seem to come out just fine.

Unlike this knucklehead.

To TooHot, Amen! There are plenty of underprivileged kids who took the right road and made successes of themselves. This lazy dirt wad figured it was easier to steal from hardworking people then to find a job and work for a living. Don't worry he will have the chance to enjoy our new "state of the art" hotel being built in Carthage. Maybe the reason we have more people in prison than another country (if that is in fact true) is because they get better care than we do! I say, put them in a place where it isn't a cake walk and make them rough it a bit. See if they come back to break the law again so fast!
