The Moore County Sheriff’s Office provided the following information.

Reports

June 2: Female, 49, reported damage to the front fender of a 2006 Dodge parked at a home on McIntosh Road; Female, 31, reported the theft of a 1994 Chevy truck.

June 3: Male, 63, reported that a neighbor cut down trees on property on Digger Drive and those trees fell and damaged the victim’s car; Male, 54, reported someone broke into a home on N.C. 24/27 and removed a gas log fireplace, a stove and a washing machine.

June 4: Male, 64, reported a known subject and other damaged a garage door while forcibly entering a home on Pleasant View Lane, West End.; Female, 72, reported damage to a exterior vent hole at a home on Evans Drive, Cameron; An employee of Blackwelder Tank Service, Stanton Road, Carthage, reported someone stole 10 batteries for heavy equipment from the business; Male, 54, reported someone entered a vehicle parked at a business on 24/27 and stole a handgun.

June 6: Female, 27, reported someone broke into a home on Richards Loop, Aberdeen, and removed two televisions, a DVD player and a safe.

June 7: Female, 41, reported someone entered a home on Matherson Lane, Eagle Springs, and removed a video game console, video game controllers, a video game and assorted hats; Male, 58, reported someone broke into a home on Anthony Lane, Vass, and removed six radiators; An employee of the Bluff Golf Links, Pinebluff, reported someone siphoned off gas from golf carts; An employee of Randolph Electric reported someone on Firetree Lane, West End, had illegally obtained electricity after a meter had been turned off.

June 8: An employee of the Moore County Public Works Department reported someone damaged a water meter on Dawkins Street in Pinehurst and was obtaining water after it had been turned off.

June 9: Female, 35, reported someone entered a home on Ellis Lane, West End, and removed an iPod, an iPad and cash; Female, 32, reported someone stole a trailer from Morrison Bridge Road, Vass; Female, 29, reported the theft of cash from an unattended wallet at a convenience store on Sand Pit Road; Female, 70, reported someone entered a vehicle parked on Lakey Siding Road, Robbins, and removed a purse containing various identification cards, a debit card and cash.

June 10: Male, 25, reported someone took a 1996 Jetta from a home on East Indiana Avenue; Male, 60, reported damage to two mailboxes on Mt. Carmel Road, Carthage.
