June is “Adopt a Shelter Cat Month.” Animal Advocates of Moore County will be at PetSmart in Aberdeen the entire month of June with adoptable cats and kittens looking for their forever homes.

Animal Advocates is not a shelter, but we work with our county shelter to take adoptable cats and kittens when the shelter is overcrowded, and put them into our foster care program and adopt them to loving and caring homes.

We are always looking for foster homes to be able to help more animals here in Moore County.

If you already have an animal in your household, please be sure they are spayed or neutered and up-to-date with their vaccinations. If you are ready to bring an animal into your home, please adopt an animal from your local shelter or rescue group. The animals will thank you for it.
