The PlayHouse, a division of Taylor Dance, announces auditions for its upcoming series of productions.

Auditions for "Little Shop of Horrors," which will be presented by the Playhouse Players (grades 6-12) Oct. 26-28, will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Monday, Aug. 6, and Wednesday, Aug. 8.

The Playhouse (grades 2-5) will present "The Princess and the Pea" Oct. 12-13. Auditions are Monday, Aug. 13, and Wednesday, Aug. 15, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.

"The Princess and the Pea" will also be presented by The PlayHouse Jr. (ages 4-first grade). Auditions are from 4 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 15, with rehearsals continuing until the Nov. 7 show.

All auditions are at the Taylor Dance Studio, 262D Pinehurst Ave., Southern Pines. These are tuition-based programs. For information, call (910) 695-1320.
