The Southern Pines Police Department provided the following information.

Arrests

July 14: Anthony Maurice Ingram, 27, of Winston Salem, two counts misdemeanor larceny.

July 17: Leigh Caroline Merritt, 18, of West End, possession of drug paraphernalia; Olivia Canny Cioccolanti, 17, of Pinehurst, drug possession, possession of drug paraphernalia.

July 18: George Brook Hailey, 53, of Aberdeen, fraud, obtaining property by false pretenses and drive while license suspended or revoked; Garry Hart Hailey, 51, of Hoffman, failure to appear (order for arrest); Sarah Ashley Rose, 25, of Southern Pines, larceny.

July 20: Andrea Lenise Parker, 20, of Southern Pines, larceny by servants and other employees.

July 22: Felicia Anita Winfield, 47, of Southern Pines, assault inflicting serious injury.

Reports

July 19: Female, 41, reported an individual assaulted another during an incident at a home in the 100 block of North East Broad Street; Juvenile reported someone entered a home in the 300 block of East Delaware Avenue and removed jewelry and a laptop computer.

July 20: Female, 24, reported someone without consent removed cash, a digital camera, jewelry, a video game console, a charging station and a debit card from a home in the 100 block of Dean Avenue; Male, 31, reported someone entered a home in the 1100 block of Richards Street and removed a video game console and other equipment.

July 21: Female, 52, reported another person stole her identity and used it in an attempt to purchase items; Female, 56, reported someone took jewelery from a home in the 400 block of East Indiana Avenue.

July 22: Female, 25, reported another assaulted two people during an incident in the 500 block of North Bennett Street.
