The Aberdeen Police Department provided the following information.
Arrests
July 14: Stephanie Ann Fragoso, 22, of Aberdeen, simple drug possession; Takita Jacobs, 34, of Raeford, contempt of court and perjury; Patrick Nathaniel Blacketer, 19, of Aberdeen, carrying a concealed weapon.
July 15: Donald Terry Womack Jr., 19, of Red Springs, alcohol consumption by an under age person; John Thomas Renfro, 18, of Raeford, alcohol consumption by underage person; Evan Wayne Guy, 19, of Aberdeen, contempt of court, perjury and consume beer/unfortified wine; Benita Danielle Dumas, 24, of Southern Pines, misdemeanor larceny; Donna Marie Tyrrell, 64, of Aberdeen, aid and abet driving while impaired and displaying fictitious registration plate.
July 18: Sylvester Locklear, 52, of Aberdeen, communicating threats.
July 20: Jordan Michael Demers, 21, of Aberdeen, contempt of court and perjury.
Reports
July 14: An employee of Kangaroo Express, 1395 U.S. 1, reported receiving three counterfeit bills from an unknown person.
July 16: An employee of McNeil Oil and Propane, 32265 U.S. 1 South, reported the theft of copper tubing, torch gauges and brass fittings from the business.
July 19: Officers investigated a report of stolen property at a local pawn shop; Female, 43, reported the unauthorized use of a credit card by an unknown person.
July 21: An employee of Family Dollar, 1810 N. Sandhills Blvd, reported someone obtained phone minutes by fraud; Male, 26, reported that someone struck a female with a fist on the victim’s jaw and back during an incident at Country Hearth Inn & Suites.
