The Moore County Sheriff’s Office provided the following information.

Reports

June 25: Female, 51, reported someone ran over five trees in an area of Wilbert Road near Nall Lane, Star; Male, 30, reported damage to a door at a home on Water Hills Lane; Female, 50, reported someone took money by using the credit cards of a deceased individual without the family’s permission; Female, 65, reported the theft of medications from a home on Castleberry Court, Vass.

June 26: Female, 52, reported someone entered a home on Carthage Road, West End, and removed a Kindle and a camera; Female, 25, reported the theft of a video game console and video game disc from a home on Meadowfield Circle, Aberdeen; Male, 77, reported the theft of four fishing rods from a home on Simmons Road, Robbins; The owner of Just Linens, U.S. 1, Vass, reported the theft of three air-conditioning units from the business; Female, 70, of Aberdeen, reported the unauthorized use of a credit card to purchase items; Female, 51, of Cameron, reported the unauthorized use of a credit card; Deputies responded to the Moore County Law Enforcement Officers gun range, U.S. 15-501, Carthage, for a report of a missing barrel of spent bullet casings.

June 28: Male, 85, reported someone broke into a home on Cannon Road, Carthage, and removed silverware and jewelry and a shotgun; A Moore County public utilities employee reported someone tampered with a water meter on Creek Bend Drive, Vass; Male, 51, reported the theft of silver coins from a home on T. Johnson Road, Carthage; Female, 69, reported that someone broke the back window of a vehicle parked on Flowers Road, Jackson Springs.

June 29: Female, 40, reported someone removed a package from a home on Persimmon Drive, Pinebluff.

June 30: Male, 48, reported someone entered a storage trailer on N.C. 705, Robbins, and removed several rolls of wire.

July 1: Male, 50, reported the theft of a credit card from a home on Woodward Road, Carthage; An employee of Jay’s Cash Mart, Carthage Street, Cameron, reported someone drove off without paying for gasoline; Male, 23, reported that a person showed a gun and demanded money during an incident on Cotton Street, Pinehurst; An employee of Cameron Convenient and Grill, 1500 N.C. 24/27, Cameron, reported someone drove off without paying; Female, 45, reported someone entered a home on E. Chicago, Pinebluff, and removed laptops, lockboxes, cash, jewelry and assorted tools.
