A Candor man faces larceny charges in connection with an incident reported in Eagles Spings, according to the Moore County Sheriff's Office.

Sheriff's investigators on June 29 arrested Darryle Larkins, 27, of 110 Peach Street, and charged him with larceny of a firearm and misdemeanor larceny.

The arrests stems from a report of a larceny that occurred at a residence in the Eagle Springs area of Moore County in which a shotgun, a saw, a drill and a flashlight were reported taken.

Larkins' bond was set at $5,000 unsecured with a first appearance in Moore County District Court on July 12.
