Police Seek Suspect in Burger King Armed Robbery

Aberdeen police are searching for a man who robbed the Burger King restaurant on U.S. 1 Saturday night.
The incident occurred at 11:55 p.m., when the manager and other employees were closing the restaurant. The suspect approached employees and pointed at gun at the store manager, grabbed her by the hair and dragged her back inside the store, police said.
The subject fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash, police said. He was described as a light-skinned black male, standing 5-foot-9 with a slim build and wearing dark clothing,
A search by a police K-9 unit proved unsuccessful, police said. The incident was captured on the restaurant’s surveillance video.
None of the employees were seriously injured in the robbery.
