The Moore County Sheriff’s Office provide the following information.
Reports
Dec. 23: Female, 34, of Whispering Pines, reported that someone scammed her out of money over the telephone; Male, 47, reported someone stole a four-wheel vehicle from a storage building on Archie Road, West End; Male, 55, reported damage to his car from bricks stacked in the road on U.S. 1 near Pinebluff;
Male, 64, reported the theft of a 1953 Ford, two heaters and a metal porch swing from a home on Dowd Road; Female, 44, reported the theft of a dog from a home on Fellowship Way, Aberdeen; Officers responded to a report of missing copper wire from cell towers on Cranes Creek Road, Cameron.
Dec. 24: Male, 63, reported someone removed chicken wire after entering a coop on Fall Creek Raod, Robbins; Female, 49, reported someone slashed tires on a 1994 Lumina and a 1993 Dodge parked on Amanda Drive, Carthage.
Dec. 25: Female, 53, reported the theft of jewelry and a digital camera from a home on Morrison Bridge Road; Male, 35, reported the theft of a two-man deer stand and a ladder from a tree in a wooded area off Sandy Lane.
Dec. 26: Female, 20, reported someone jumped onto a 1999 Honda and damaged the back windshield with an unknown object during an incident on Amanda Drive, Carthage; Female, 58, reported someone broke a window on a 2006 Ford truck during an incident on Rays Bridge Road and Farm Life School Road; Male, 56, reported the theft of kitchen appliances, a lawn mower, an oil drum and copper wire from a home on Joel Road, Carthage.
Dec. 27: Male, 34, reported the theft of a scooter from a home on the corner of Atkins and Pineywood Church roads.
