Pinehurst man faces multiple felony charges after a break-in at a plant farm in Carthage.
Moore County Sheriff's Investgators on Feb. 9 arrested Justin Anthony Cerami, 26, of the 100 block of Merion Circle, and charged him with felony breaking and entering, felony larceny after breaking and entering and felony larceny by employee, a release from the Moore County Sheriff's Department said.
The arrest and charges stem from an investigation into a report on Jan. 31 of a breaking and entering to Green Haven Plant Farm, Carthage. Matthew Whitaker, the owner of the business, reported that he found money from his register had been taken but not any merchandise.
Cerami was placed in the Moore County jail under a $25,000 secured bond. His first court appearance is scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 16 in Moore County District Court in Carthage.

Better we should figure out how to get the mills and furniture factories up and profitable again. Perhaps with jobs and a Livable Wage crime would decline and furtures would grow again.

Unfortunately I think there will always be an element of society who would rather take from others than go out and earn it for themselves.

Another victim of pills in this county, stealing from his own employer to get drug money. Good luck getting a job in the future.
