Arrests

Jan. 21: Alan Hartney Griffin, 16, of West End, drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jan. 23: Ryan Edward Burger, 21, of Cameron, possess stolen goods, Delvagus Evol Ivy, 34, of Aberdeen, failure to appear; Hannah Marie Lee, 18, of Southern Pines, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jan. 24: Mechele Nicole Collins, 31, of Pinebluff, larceny of a firearm and drug possession; Gregory Lee Ross, 49, of Aberdeen, drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia;

William Kriss Robinson, 19, of Eagle Springs, misdemeanor larceny, larceny, possess counterfeit instrument, resisting an officer and two counts of breaking and entering vehicles-railroad cars or other motor vehicles.

Jan. 25: Donald Lynn Bailey, 51, of Carthage, second-degree sex offense.

Jan. 26: Ashley Renee Cozart, 21, of Ellerbe, shoplifting.

Jan. 27: Edward Laverne Paige, 54, of Southern Pines, animal running at large prohibited; Elizabeth Ann Hall, 18, of Southern Pines, possess liquor by minor; Brittney Christine Riley, 18, of Whispering Pines, aid and abet minor purchase alcohol.

Jan. 28: Shauna Marie Mulrath, 19, of Aberdeen, sale to or purchase by underage person.

Jan. 31: Miles Elliot Dudley, 22, of Southern Pines, failure to appear.

Feb. 1: James Lander McLeod, 28, of Aberdeen, failure to appear.

Feb. 2: Dexion Devon Wright, 19, of Southern Pines, failure to appear.

Feb. 3: Alexander Kasim Carlos, 29, of Southern Pines, assault on a female by a male more than 18 years of age; Deoan Jammer McNeill, 25, of Southern Pines, second-degree trespass and injury to personal property; Ivan Alexander Baldwin, 16, of Aberdeen, probation violation.

Feb. 5: Yashala Crishea Sealy, 29, of Fayetteville, two counts failure to appear.

Feb. 6: Jason Michael Bruno, 32, of Southern Pines, drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jan. 21: Male, 43, reported someone broke into a 1983 Chevy parked in the 10700 block of U.S. 15-501.

Jan. 22: Male, 44, reported the theft of a trailer from the 200 block of Gatewood Avenue.

Jan. 23: Female, 23, reported the theft of cash during an incident at a home on Elk Ridge Lane; An unidentified individual reported someone shot out a window of a 2011 Toyota while it was moving in the 400 block of West Morganton Road near South Mechanic Street; Female, 44, reported someone attempted to gain entry into a home in the 200 block of North May Street; Female, 27, reported someone took a wallet from a purse during an incident at Chili’s, 170 Partner Circle; Female, 21, reported she was assaulted by someone with sexual motives during an incident in the 100 block of West Pennsylvania.

Jan. 24: A town employee reported someone removed cash after breaking in a vehicle parked in the 10800 block of U.S. 15-501.

Jan. 25: Female, 27, reported someone broke into and removed a wallet from a 2010 Chevy parked in the 200 block of West Pennsylvania.

Jan. 26: Female, 30, reported damage to a 2005 Cadillac from thrown objects near the 300 block of West Morganton Road and U.S. 1; Female, 47, reported a lost wallet in the 800 block of U.S. 1 South and Morganton Road.

Jan. 27: An employee of Bo’s Food Store, 750 SW Broad Street, reported the theft of a drink from the store.

Jan. 28: An employee of Kangaroo, 10805 U.S. 15-501, reported someone left the store without paying for a 12-pack of beer.

Jan. 30: Female 59, reported someone entered her 2011 Mercedes and removed a computer tablet while the vehicle was parked in the 1000 block of North May Street.

Feb. 1: An employee of Belk, 10205 U.S. 15-501, reported the theft of jewelry from the store; Male, 88, reported the unlawful transaction of funds without the owner’s consent at a bank in the 600 block of South West Broad Street; a town employee reported the theft of two storm grates from the 100 block of Ridgewood Drive.

Feb. 3: Female, 50, reported the taking of a wallet without permission during an incident in the 700 block of South Bennett Street; Female, 50, reported someone used a credit card without permission at a convenience store in the 100 block of East Connecticut Avenue; Female, 46, reported finding a pipe in the bathroom sink of her home in the 100 block of West Pennsylvania Avenue.

Feb. 4: Male, 26, reported the theft of a car battery and CDs and damage to a tire after someone broke into a 1990 Lexus parked in the 800 block of South West Service Road; Male, 45, reported an assault in the 700 block of South West Broad Street; Male, 21, reported an assault in the 9700 block of U.S. 15-501.
