Criminal Superior
The following criminal judgments have been rendered in Moore County Superior Court.
Jan. 17, 2012
Michael Dowdle, two counts misdemeanor probation violation, sentence activated, 30 days in jail to run at the expiration of each, credit 29 days served and pay all outstanding monies owed.
Trapper D. Dunlap, two counts felony probation violation, sentence activated and modified to six to eight months in prison to run at the expiration of each, credit 106 days served, work release allowed, comply with DART and pay all outstanding monies owed.
David B. Harris Jr., two counts misdemeanor probation-out of county, continue on probation, extend 12 months, serve nine days in jail set by probation then transfer to Vance County, attorney fees and court costs.
Donnie W. Jones, felony larceny by trick, 120 days in prison, suspended, 12 months supervised probation, do not associate with persons/places identified by probation, $247.95 restitution, attorney fees, $60 appointed counsel fee and court costs, upon payment of all monies owed transfer to unsupervised probation; felony obtain property by false pretense, voluntary dismissal.
Dayton D. Knight, two counts felony probation violation, continue on probation, serve 110 days in jail set by probation and $200 in monies owed.
Bobby G. Minor, felony probation violation, continue under former orders of court and remit fees owed.
Jason J. Monroe, felony probation violation, sentence activated, four to five months in prison, credit 114 days, work release allowed and pay outstanding monies owed; felony probation, sentence activated, five to six months in prison to run at the expiration of previous sentence.
Jason F. Odom, felony probation violation, continue on probation and transfer balance of term to unsupervised.
Lee A. Sykes, felony probation violation, continue on probation; misdemeanor probation violation, continue on probation, serve 90 days in jail active, credit 47 days served, pay all outstanding monies owed and upon payment of $150 transfer to Ohio; misdemeanor probation violation, continue on probation.
Brittney T. VanCleave, misdemeanor probation violation, sentence activated, 45 days in prison and credit for time served and pay all outstanding monies owed.
Jonteryus M. Woods, felony probation violation-out of county, sentence activated and modified to 10 to 12 months in prison, credit 128 days served, work release allowed, comply with DART and pay all outstanding monies owed.

Tonya M. Carver, two counts misdemeanor probation violation-out of county, sentences activated, 30 days in jail to run at the expiration of each and upon payment of all monies owed transfer to unsupervised probation for balance of term.
Charlyne M. Devane, driving while license revoked, voluntary dismissal.
Nalani G. Brandon S. Tedder, misdemeanor possess drug paraphernalia, 120 days in prison, suspended, 18 months supervised probation, 48 hours community service within 90 days and fee, comply with mental and physical treatment, do not associate with persons or places identified by probation, surrender hunter’s license immediately and not hunt for 12 months, $301 restitution to N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission, attorney fees, $300 fine and court costs; misdemeanor hunt on property without permission consolidated with misdemeanor shine/sweep light for deer, 60 days in prison to run at the expiration of previous sentence, suspended, 18 months supervised probation and comply with conditions in previous sentence; two counts misdemeanor possess marijuana, misdemeanor fail to report/tag big game and misdemeanor fail to validate big game harvest report card, voluntary dismissal.
