Frank and Roberta (Missy) Quis, of Southern Pines, announce the engagement of their daughter Roberta West Quis, of New York, to Brian Charles Fox, of Charlotte. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Frank R. Quis Sr., of Southern Pines, and the late Virginia M. Quis, and the late Waddy and Roberta West, of Memphis, Tenn.

The groom-elect is the son of Ray and Carol Fox, of Coral Springs, Fla.

A Saturday, April 28, 2012, wedding is planned at Brownson Memorial Presbyterian Church in Southern Pines.
