The Southern Pines Police Department provided the following information.

Arrests

Dec. 8: Jennifer Ann Casper, 27, of Southern Pines, drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia; Brennen Lee McCuen, 28, of Southern Pines, simple assault and battery or affray, drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia; Bryan Lo Ren Scales, 18, of Pinehurst, possession of drug paraphernalia; Joseph James Stephen White, 18, of Southern Pines, drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia; Kristina Ellen Walker, 21, of Whispering Pines, larceny; Carlouse Latour Allbrooks, 30, of Southern Pines, second-degree trespass.

Dec. 9: Damitri Johan Vamper, 20, indecent exposure and resisting public officer.

Dec. 10: Mary Alexandria Cameron, 30, of Southern Pines, failure to comply and failure to appear (order for arrest); Megan O'Neil Morgan, 17, of Carthage, transport wine or liquor in passenger area; Candy Jo Shaw, 41, of Vass, assault-inflicting serious injury and simple assault; Meghan Eileen Bartram, 17, of Vass, liquor possession by a minor; Scottie Wayne Hagen Jr., 18, of Vass, purchase/possess alcohol by anyone under 21 years of age.

Dec. 14: Anthony Gerard Dipreta, 42, of Southern Pines, four counts of abandonment of animals.

Dec. 15: Stuart Tyler Faulk, 29, of Broadway, larceny.

Dec. 16: Demetric Laquan Kirkpatrick, 19, of Southern Pines, drug possession.

Reports

Dec. 8: Female, reported a male subject punched a vehicle in a parking lot of the 1800 block of U.S. 1 South; Juvenile reported another individual pushed him and attempted to strike him with a fist during an incident in the 500 block of Shaw Avenue.

Dec. 14: Female, 76, reported the theft of a wallet and credit cards from a pharmacy in the 600 block of South Bennett Street. The items were recovered.

Dec. 16: Male, 31, reported being pushed down during an incident at a bar in the 1800 block of U.S. 1; Female, 35, reported being pushed to the ground during an incident in the 400 block of South Stephens Street; Female, 30, reported damage to the door of a home in the 300 block of Shaw Avenue; Male, 57, reported the theft of a flag, flag pole and rope from a home in the 400 block of North Ashe Street.

Dec. 17: Town employee reported the theft of a water meter from a the 800 block of West Indiana Avenue; Male, 24, reported damage to a window of a 1993 Honda driving along the 100 block of East New York Avenue; An employee of Excitement No. 9, 683 SW Broad St., reported that an individual exposed himself to the employee.

Dec. 18: Male, 58, reported someone removed a desktop computer and television after a break-in at a home in the 300 block of Murray Hill Road.

Dec. 19: Officers received a report of an unauthorized person being on property in the 500 block of Shaw Avenue; Male, 54, reported he was threatened by another during an incident at a restaurant at 10975 U.S. 15-501; Male, 68, reported the theft of a trailer; Male, 36, reported the removal of a lawn ornament from a home in the 300 block of East Indiana Avenue; An employee of Mid Pines, 1010 Midland Road, reported the theft of money from the business.

Dec. 20: Male, 30, reported someone pointed a gun at another and took items from the person, including a cellphone, cash and credit cards, during an incident at a hotel in the 1600 block of U.S. 1 South; Female, 20, reported that another used the victim’s vehicle without permission.
